1. Fish Returns:
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns on fish. However, if your fish arrives sick or injured, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Live Products:
Non-live items such as fish food, aquarium supplies, and decorations may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
3. Return Process:
